Social security number: Enter the person's social security number to invite them to your clinic. b. Email address: Enter the person's email address. Please note that the person must use the provided email address to accept the invitation. By following these steps, you can easily expand your clinic's user base and create a smoother workflow.
  • Export of files from x-ray software

  • Can I have an account at multiple clinics simultaneously?
    Yes, it is possible to be a member of multiple clinics at the same time. To be a member of more than one clinic, the administrator at each clinic must invite you to their clinic, and then you can choose which assignment you want to work on by using the "Active Assignment" option under "Profile" at the top right of Konekta. This gives you the flexibility to manage and participate in the activities of multiple clinics simultaneously
  • How do I create an account in Konekta?
    Follow these steps carefully to create an account: Click on "Log in" at the top right of our website. This is your first step to initiate the registration process. Choose your preferred authentication method. You should select the authentication method most suitable for your situation. Fill in the information about your clinic. Please provide us with the necessary information about your clinic to complete the registration. Now you have successfully created an account
  • How do I create a case?
    Here are the steps to create a patient case in Konekta: Fill in the patient reference (it can be a social security number or a case ID). Click on "Verify patient reference." Add the medical query in the designated field or attach a referral (it's important to enter more than 5 characters of text in the field to proceed. For example, if you have a referral, write "see referral"). Add files using our "Drag and Drop" feature or upload them from a folder by clicking on "Upload files." Once this is done, click on "Create new case" at the bottom, and now you have created the case. The next step in the process is to either invite another clinic or a specialist. Please note that the larger the file you upload, the longer it may take.
  • How do I send a referral to another clinic
    To invite practices to your case, follow these steps: Create a case: Start by creating a case according to our instructions. Invite practices: After you've created your case, click on the option 'Invite practices.' Here, you can invite the relevant practices you want to involve in the case. By following these steps, you can easily manage and collaborate with colleagues from other clinics.
  • I haven't received a response from the specialist?
    If you haven't received a response from a specialist within a reasonable time, it could be due to several factors: 1. Forgot to click 'Invite Specialist': Sometimes, you may have created the case but forgotten to click 'Invite Specialist.' It's a human error, and it can be a simple explanation. 2. Complex case: Some cases can be complex and require more time for a thorough evaluation and analysis. It's essential to give the specialist the time needed to ensure the best possible quality. If you haven't received a response within three days and you're concerned about the delay, we recommend contacting us. We're here to assist you and can help ensure that your case is handled appropriately.
  • What does the 'Patient Flow' function mean?
    The 'Patient Flow' function is a feature that allows you to organize and prioritize your patients in a dental practice. Think of it as a virtual board where you can see a list of your patients and their current status. Here's what it can involve: Patient Listing: On the board, you see a list of patients who need dental care or treatment. Each patient is represented as a card or post on the board. Status Updates: You can easily move patient cards from one column to another to indicate their current status. For example, if a patient needs prioritization, you can move their card to a 'Priority 1' column, and if they have undergone treatment, you can move them to a 'Treated' column. Prioritization: By placing patient cards in different columns, you can also prioritize which patients need treatment first and which can wait. Overview and Efficiency: Using this overview board, you can quickly see which patients are waiting for diagnostic results, which ones have been referred by external practitioners, which are under treatment, and which have completed their care. It helps organize your workday and ensures that no patient is overlooked.   • I want to enter the information into my patient's medical record
    Click on 'Download the case as a PDF': After opening your case, look for the option 'Download the case as a PDF.' Click on this option. This function generates a PDF report with all the relevant information from your case, which can be easily integrated into your patient's record
  • What file types can I send? (formats, sizes, etc.)
    You can send several different file types to us. Here are some common file types and some general guidelines for formats and sizes. Below are the file types that we support: PDF: PDF files are suitable for sharing documents, reports, and other written information. The size of a PDF file varies depending on the content, but it can be larger if the document contains many pages and high-resolution images. DICOM: DICOM files are used for medical imaging, including CBCT. DICOM files can be large, especially if they contain multiple layers or high-resolution X-ray images. PNG and JPEG: The size of these files depends on the resolution and quality of the image. JPEG files can be smaller in size, while PNG files can be larger but with high image quality. STL: STL files are used for 3D modeling and printing in dental technology. These files are usually small to medium in size, depending on the level of detail in the model.

  • How do I create a case?
